VIX calls are looking promising. Lots of news and indictments from coming from Mueller this week and I'm hoping for a surprise in Friday's job report. Super close to the 2-10 yield curve inverting and once it does then I bet it will cause some panic. Don't care about what it actually means, just need everyone to freak out as much as possible.
And for all you bulls out there, you know what they say : buy the first dip, get the second one free!

Actually I think with the US softening it's stance so much on weed, those stocks might actually become good holds. I bet in 20 years it'll just be like a tobacco company. Bitcoin is stupid and will never be a good idea to hold.

A lot of that was because banks were leveraged to the moon. Not sure if they're quite as dumb with their money this time around. Wouldn't surprise me, but I'm only expecting a normal bear and not the momma of all bears

Ah, but all that bank leverage went to the central bank and Treasury Department. That leverage just did not get extinguished in the aftermath of the financial crisis.
Now you have investors in the fast lane driving 80 miles an hour with insufficient distance between cars. All the drivers think their braking systems will save them. There will be a huge acident and it will leave many questioning a system that generates 50% drops in the stock markets on a regular basis.
