My problem is quads and hamstrings that it needs revolution.That is the question.How can I do that? Where should I spent time doing to get that done? Sandia Mountains are here and Copper Hills and High Altitude weather also are strengthening my poor lungs.
I learning that I need two kinds of environment of training high altitude and low altitude.I notice that when I was in Oslo.You sweat alot in low altitude and loose weight.So I need to be in these areas.
Going back and forth in consistancy manner for three months now;however,it is good to be in the cooler weather as of as of today.I just came from rainy season in Norway.
The high altitude between now going through January is of great take off assignment.Moreover, I need to eat alot of black fresh grapes for kidneys digestive system.It is for the engine of lubracations and hormones tune ups.
