You mean other than signed statements from alleged witnesses that refute her testimony and physical evidence that accounts for all of his where abouts during the alleged event? As opposed to Ford's evidence which is ……..absolutely nothing.

Your fellow comrade is the one claiming Kavanaugh is having his life ripped apart. And Kavanaugh is the one pulling out the victim card today... I merely offered a little perspective.

What does this have to do with black people? Put your victim card away.
Brett's not coming across as very impressive. I wouldn't want him on the Supreme Court. Or on my lawn.

Can you imagine this guy drunk?
Oops, see what I did there.

Kavanaugh is saying that he didn't do it. He literally is likely the victim of a political conspiracy. You talking about how blacks are treated in the justice system in relation to this testamony is the definitino of playing the victim card. Do you understand?
Want some cheese with that whine, Brettski boy?
Kavanaugh comes across as not very believable on a huge number of issues. By themselves I don't think these issues are necessarily as big a deal as his dishonesty about them.
Characterization of his drinking
His explanation of the Renate Alumni comments
His account of stolen memos from the Democratic members of the Judiciary committee
Stating that he never got dirty e-mails from Judge Kozinski
etc., etc. etc.
It is clear he will say anhthing to get on teh court.

What is up with Kavanugh's constant sniffling? Attempts to cry or snorted something first?
His playing the victim card is not working.
trump has to be confused with all the complete sentences and lucid responses from Ford and MK that he is seeing on tv today.

BK's incessant crying and whining will not be positively received by Mr. Trump.
He teared up a few times but pay attention, he's clearly got a cold so he was sucking in a running nose most of those times. He just wiped it when he started talking to the prosecutor.
I think he should just shout - you have to confirm, I have a big big brain.

Kavanaugh's opening statement is chaotic and filled with unfounded statements.
His statements are the only things that are corroborated by witnesses and facts that can be confirmed. His statements are powerful and ring of truth. He is not being advised by a team of lawyers, he is acting as his own counsel.
Here are some things for you:
1) Mentioned right off the bat that this was 36 years ago and that they were in high school. Why. Trying to minimize his actions in the minds of anyone who thinks he might have done this. Oh...mentioned 36 years ago again and that he was 17 years old. Trying to minimize it.
2) He said to go ask all who knew him about his character. Well, we have two other women with names who have accused him and two others who have not given their names. We have a Yale student who was his roommate who said he could see him doing that kind of thing, because he was often drunk and often a mean drunk. Mark Judge is hiding. Kavanaugh won't request an FBI investigation.
3) He states that this is a coordinated effort to tarnish his "good name". Is he going to show proof of any coordination?
4) He is telling emotional stories about his father and his high school years. Nothing to do with anything.
5) Now listing a bunch of girls he talked to on the phone while in high school.
6) Now saying that if everyone who drank beer in high school is guilty of sexual assault then we're all in for a rude awakening. Um...no one is connecting the two.
7) More crying.
8) He's far too emotional to be on the Supreme Court. Too much crying.
9) Promotes the careers of women. Has no bearing on anything. So did Bill Clinton. So did Bill Cosby.
10) Says lots of women have vouched for his character. Lots did for Al Franken too.
11) Oh...now buttering up Trump. Well, no one said he was stupid. Quite the contrary...for him to be reportedly so wasted during high school, college and afterwards, and yet get into Yale and then Yale Law School and then including his career progression to date, he must be quite smart.
12)
It matters little what any of us think or what the pundits on TV say. It’s going to go down to the votes of senators Flake, Murkowski, and Collins. If 2 of the 3 vote for confirmation then he’s in. If 2 vote no then he’s out.
Flake is the wild card and will be calculating his political future into the vote. He could challenge Trump in the 2020 primaries or be the nominee if Trump doesn’t run, so he has to figure how this will affect that.
Murkowski has got 4 years in her term and might just vote her conscience. So I’m thinking she will be a no.
Collins is a moderate who also has 4 years. But she might vote to confirm just to stay out of the fire and fury that would follow if she says no.
So Flake could well be the swing vote.
Oh and one more thing. I’m a hell of a lot smarter and more astute than rojo.
this guy is such a baby. a woman accuses him of a itty bitty sexual assault on the largest possible stage and he cries?! what a joke.

He is drinking a lot of water. Constantly reaching over and sipping. That is an indicator of nervousness. He is not comfortable. Personally, the sniffling seems exaggerated because the sound is they type of sniffle one can make who does not have a cold, and his tone of voice seems normal--meaning his lungs seem to be okay.

Not necessarily...crying can make you have a runny nose.
flagpole why don't you change your name to spin doctor? what do you want from him? could you maybe admit you're a little too biased for any of your points to have any meaning to anyone but you?

Oh, now responding to Feinstein, Kavanugh's sniffling is entirely gone. So, no cold.
And now he is talking over Feinstein. Not letting her complete her sentences. Oops.

He was spending 8 hour days at the White House this week, what do you think was happening there?
he just sniffled
guess he's going to get confirmed since you're wrong sorry buddy
