Are 1500m splits recorded here for standard purposes? That being said, assuming lagat only running 5k at worlds, who ya got on the 1500m team?

Why are you assuming that lagat only runs the 5k? If you are referring to the fact that he is only running the 5000 at nationals, he was already qualified to run both at worlds, he only has to compete at the national championships...he could get last and still get in.
Lagat will run both events at Worlds, but the country with the defending champ gets three additional competitors (if they have the standards) for a total of four.
remember - since lagat is defending world champ, we send 4 to worlds, not 3.

He is in both, yes. But hasn't he publicly stated he'll just do the 5k? Either way, the US essentially has 2-3 spots to fight for in the 15.

Hard to figure out what to make of Webb. Not great, obviously. But he's close enough now that you can see how he could make it--and you have to factor the heats at NC into the equation.
Which Leo and which Lomong is going to show up? If Razcko and Webb are using a strategy of racing into shape, he may pick up another couple of seconds by NC and--barely--make the team.
But he's at least 6 seconds out of medal contention if he even gets to WC, and that's an awful lot to make up against the best in the world.
Maybe the best thing Webb has going for him is the brojos posting on the main page some time ago that he was done for the year.
