and you lack the precision of thought and evaluation to see kimmel said something specific, which is literally true, but which you want to imply much into.
so what you're doing, which sounds roughly like lying to me, since you like the word and keep lobbing it about, is saying we apply news rules to entertainment shows, and ignore what is said and instead read into the comments whatever political implications we want, which we then misjudge the speaker by.
