Ugh! that meet was nasty.. All Wolfpack runners ran so off from their times but glad tuohy was sent home early.. after that, she worked her a** off in the summer szn, came back at nc state w six packs
Yes, and I think by that same logic she will win either the 1500 or 500 this year. After just missing twice indoors she will come out guns blazing for NCAA outdoors. That is just my 2 cents. My bet would be on the 5000.
nevada mareno should be running in that 4x1500m .. she can run faster than shaw, vess and bush ... mareno has always been a 1500m runner, for the past season she has always ran 1500m and she knows how to run it..ever since her fr year, her 1500m times has never been over 4:25... shes consistent on it and now she runs a PR!

There's a chance Bush was the pacer here for state, as she led that group thru 1/2 way, and then slowed. See if she still comes back in the 5, and what her role is. Nice efforts by vess mareno and Shaw.
Obviously, the way UVA ran, no wolfpack pacer needed, but it can still help and results were great. Barnett's a beast!

she started running by herself.. she ran 7 miles the other day .. she said it was self growth to finally run alone... i think she wants to be a 5000m too
does building up endurance affects speed and power? it seems to be happening with her..

she didnt lead the group .. she was at 7th/8th spot since the start then fell to 14th
