My take is GUILTY.
I speculate that she was dabbling in the grey area with supplements such as nandrolone precursors that are readily available at any GNC or vitamin shop. Bodybuilders and gym rats use these things in stacks all the time. If you can buy it at GNC, it's legal...right? So, she gets the burrito which may have contained contaminated meat, pig testicles, or whatever. While the meat itself would not produce super high numbers, it might when combined with the above supplements and that caused her urine to glow brightly.
Are she and the BTC brain trust lying? No. She wasn't knowingly doping. This would also explain the polygraph test. She was using legal supplements not on the WADA banned list hence, was not taking illegal substances. This could also explain why her legal team may not have been able to replicate the findings since they didn't have the correct recipe of supplements/tainted meat to get the same numbers and the hair sample would not show prolonged use of nandrolone (which is questionable since nandrolone has an extremely short half life).
Now, athletes need to know exactly what they are consuming and can face consequences for putting any combination of stuff into their bodies. This, in my opinion, is what happened. Poor choices were made, a food order was potentially botched, and the drug testers came at a very inopportune time. That combination triggered the big positive numbers and rules are rules. If she and her legal team could not meet the burden of proof at CAS, then these are the consequences.
