I do cycling once in a while I need to do very often,you are right. It is good for the knees for the old guy like me.
I didn't know there will be a time, I will be searching for things to improve my running abilities 25 years I could jump into a race with big beer belly and win it very easy 13:06.20 for 5k.Now I am trying everything to get me back into running.
Running is a good life for me. I can see now.I don't know it was a good life as I know now.
I released when I weight 220lbs and I don't want to get back to that weight.It is not a good feelings to have extra lbs on me.
When you say try this and that I agree to safe my knees and quads.
