This water thing is such a joke! The rule is about electioneering, that's it! This is common in most states and is a non-issue.

These people haven’t even read the bill. It actually makes it easier to vote. Just 2 examples are requiring drop boxes in every county and allowing no-excuse absentee voting.

But I'm betting that it passes under reconciliation with zero Republican votes. Republicans are so determined to keep Biden from getting credit that they will refuse to vote for a popular bill and take credit themselves.
