Yes- it was a mistake, the Dr should have written the exact medications and dosage on the chart. Any competent PhD would have.

Does Allergy medication = allergens?

Does Thyroid medication = thyroid?

Does ED medication = E?

Does heart medication = heart?

Here's the important part copied and pasted below. Was there a doctor present? Did a doctor receive the allergy injectables? Can Galen's physician verify that they were given the name/address/ etc. of the doctor that was going to administer these allergy shots? I'm guessing the answer to all of these questions is NO.

Allergy shots must be given with a doctor present. The doctor can treat any reactions.

If you will get your shots somewhere other than our office:

•you must give us the name, address and phone number of the doctor who will give you shots

In that case you'd label them L and R not 1 and 2.

YES!! Because the audience for Track and Field is so big a mass media property will not think twice about spending considerable time and money covering the sport. I'm certain the writer's editor is still regretting letting the writer work on the story for the 5000 page views it got. And then you want to imagine the media property PAID for information.

I think we need answers on the androgels and what is in the vials. If the facts are in fact the best case scenario for Salazar -only use of TUEs and handing out prescription meds - Salazar has a hard time telling that story to clear bigger cheating allegations. To do so,he may have to admit to criminal action (doing things doctors or pharmacists are licensed to do) by saying he was just giving out mess. Mailing meds, etc.

Great post. One could explain away one or two of these allegations away but it's realy hard to logically except an explanation for 17 of them.

Person A is accused of doing X. Person A offers up an excuse.

You respond. "OK i guess it's possible your explanation could be true. I'll accept although I give it only 33% validity as I don't want you convicted if I'm only 66% sure." But when you multiply 1/3 * 1/3 * 1/3 * 1/3 *1/ 3 it gets real high, real quick as explained by the poster below:

OK, so as mentioned above, why wouldn't they be labeled 'L' and 'R'?

In California or Oregon, possession of more that 10 hypodermic syringes is a CRIME--violation of drug paraphernalia laws. I don't know about Oregon or Utah, but non-prescription use of these things is California is limited to insulin (for diabetes) and adrenaline (which can save a life in an asthma attack).

An athletic trainer can be expected to have some syringes (by prescription), but has anyone ever seen a clean coach having these things in his bathroom (like Lance)?

If Salazar asked to have these shipped back to him in Oregon, he needs to explain why he didn't violate Oregon Law.

That's not established at all. I have absolutely no problem believing that Rupp was the only one going further than TUE misuse. Now I also believe that others could have been involved as well, but it is not an all or nothing scenario.

If you're talking about only this one item, I think a perfectly reasonable explanation is someone was more likely to be home for delivery at the Salazar house and/or there were other items of Salazar's in the shipment too. Alberto would have been seeing Galen daily. Was this during Galen's redshirt season where he was in Portland full-time? Either way, am I the only one that has had things shipped to my parents or a relative's house or work because I knew someone would be there to get the package which might not be the case at my house?

The difference is that in this case Alberto is playing the role of both Lance and Ferrari. Rupp obviously isn't organizing and leading things the way Lance did-- he's basically Landis or Hincapie-- going along with what the leader suggests.
