lol, lance thought the 2009 tour de france was mostly or all clean and that he would win first.

Oprah is unbelievably soft and inept. Obviously Lance targeted her because he knew this, the sly old dog.

Oprah is terrible, I dont know why Rojo thinks shes great, I dont see it.

There are a hundred come back questions she should be asking. She should be skewering him. He came to her for an interview, she should give it right back to him. Get in his face and ask the tough questions that he WILL not answer and show the world that he is remorseless.

Lance approached Oprah for this very reason. She isn't capable of conducting the interview that is required here.

Oprah's doing a fine job of the sort only she can do.

She refuses to judge, but she's holding him accountable. She's asking straight-on questions that will, at some future moment, cause him to be embarassed by his lies.

By the same token, she's elicted something truly new: his claim that it was not wanting to have his kids defend him that led him to decide to do this interview.

She's not interested in judging him. But he's done his homework and knows that she's going to give him that.

In the long run, whatever lies he's told will come out. This is one of the great Oprah interviews. She GOT the interview. Don't forget that.

That handshake felt very distant. Oprah is disgusted by him.

Lance remains at 0. Besides a forced admission of cheating I learned exactly ZERO new stuff from him.

Lance said the worse part was betraying those who believed in him but without doping there would have been no one to betray.

What could she ask him and what could he possibly say to satisfy us? Nothing. He has already stated he will not implicate anyone. He confessed he basically said he was a complete a$$ hole and I kinda believe the kids and the statue of limitations have him the out. Kinda feel bad about the kids thing but he deserves the other pain. Oprah did fine. Had she jumped on him he might have resisted. She got what she could. She fairly does things half-a$$ed . There's a reason she has her own network.
