He knows that he didn't run that time, but after telling family and friends and then the letter to the principal, he held fast as there was no 100% proof evidence against him (that he knew of), like someone credible seeing him getting in or out of a car, a photo of him on the side, etc... The bottom line is he'll never admit it now, period.
Anyone who was remotely close to that time would NOT have passed up a shot at $100,000. Kip Litton was caught with photos and different outfits and he had no explanation. Everyone knew he cheated and the thread eventually died off (possibly pulled by the moderators, but I honestly don't remember).
You guys are giving him too much power and he seems like the type to thrive on that. Do you guys really believe his wife, who I assume is a normal thinking person, thinks he ran the whole distance? Get real. I'm sure he has friends who are "runner smart" and know that he could not have ran that time out of the blue not to mention they know that he's the only runner in the entire race without a photo anywhere on the entire course. If I was a friend of his, I'd know that something stinks and I'm sure a lot of them do.
Good luck as you keep posting, but in the end it won't matter, he'll never admit anything at this point as the RD's couldn't find one bit of concrete proof against him, so how can anyone else?

You have to be delusional to ignore all Mike Rossi has done - and will do - if he doesn't make real change, something he has yet to do with that lawyer-esque "apology". The only people who think that was sincere would be a handful of portly bridal clients.
Once physical violence has occurred it will never, ever be completely forgotten. It's a line you can step back from. I doubt this was the first time, only the first very public occurrence.
