Thanks for the update. I'm glad to see that the L.A. Marathon is not totally wedded to its earlier position that, instead of considering whether disqualification is warranted, "the best solution" for everyone is to provide Frank with an observer at future races to confirm his ability.

(The little side-spats on this thread have gotten way out of hand. I don't mind some of that, but I'd rather not have click through fifty or sixty posts about god-knows-what to find something new and interesting about the Meza matter.)

LA 2014, nicely judged and evenly paced splits by Frank to comfortably duck under 3 hours before moving on to greater things, no photos of the accomplice though.

LA 2015, good year with improvement from 2:59:10 in 2014 to 2:52:47, but no accomplice in the photos.

Man, I'm exhausted. Just finished my Marathon Simulator workout: 8x50m at medium effort with 3 minute stretching between intervals.

Tomorrow I'm doing some cross-training. One of my favorite workouts: Bike intervals, 5x5km at goal marathon pace.

Thursday is strength training. Gotta keep my quads strong.

Sunday will be a pretty fast 8 miler with the boys.

Gotta go.. time to hydrate.

Third and fourth photos from the end are the same spot where he jumped in LA2019, (change in concrete colour) notice everyone else is out wide in the middle of the road, Frank is close to the gutter like he's just jumped in a bit further back.

I don't know how to access the long shot similar to 2019 gotcha ones, or how to find out who those other runners in the background to see if Frank's with down the road with them or earlier on the course. Can the super sleuths help.

PS Also, couldn't help noticing he porked up a bit 2015, still did 2:52:47 though, lol.
