Yes, I am a friend of Mike Rossi and Cindy. The real victims in this whole two and a half year saga are Cindy and the kids, Cindy is a lovely person and deserves better and she's actually quite hot despite what some of you trolls say.
I won't be commenting further until after the court case, whether Mike remains a friend after that remains to be seen, in the meantime please ignore the other pardners/pardner II, etc.

Post of the day. If this is honest I respect your position and understand how tough this can be. Cindy and the kids do not deserve to be dragged through any of this but I don't understand why you have to wait until the court date to make your mind up about Mike.
By all means post a current facial pic of Cindy if you are such a good friend.

But we are also usually talking about the lower end of society for the no-shows. Domestic assault cases in "good" families usually hire a good lawyer and a deal is worked out way before trial - specifically to avoid the embarrassing need for a wife beater to add insult to injury and ask his wife to leave town on the day of his trial.
Fortunately Rossi has photo booths and time-shares he can sell off to get himself a really good lawyer and avoid causing his victim any more embarrassment, like having her duck a trial. But, we will find out with time.... will his victim be a no show on the day of trial or will he do the right thing and plead this out.
She doesn't no show. She shows up with an attorney and takes the 5th A, implying that there was some provocation that is itself a crime (curse and abuse or a threat or battery). The prosecutor then declines to grant immunity because it is clear she is an unwilling witness and Rossi shows up with a certificate from anger/alcohol therapist.
That is how this rolls unless the victim wants to proceed in which case: hell hath no fury like a woman.

He/she is probably waiting to see if she deserved it or not, it'll all come out in the court case, so makes sense to wait until after that.

Mike has likely cowed her but no doubt she has been part of his narrative. Breaking from that may be hard but given his violence it is needed. She should do that before social services steps in and things get very, very real.
