I don't think Kenyans would argue with you on that one. But like Wanyonyi (his training partner btw), he is improving at a rapid rate, and will be in the senior ranks from now on...So we can stress over whether he's 18 or 21, but either way young, developmental athlete who is massively improved from last year when he barely missed out at a World Junior medal to now going under 3:28.
