I agree with the Mr president that anyone who is not here illegally should go back to their home country. No different btw him and other illegal immigrants!!
Anyone not here illegally should go back home..that’s an interesting take. I get some people might think illegals should stay but only illegals can stay? That’s pretty extreme.
I lived in one place that was 95% white and another that was 95% Hispanic. It's weird how in the white place people talked about the mix like it was a bad thing, whereas no one in the Hispanic place cared at all that it was overwhelmingly Hispanic. Whites are the only group that believes that too many of them is a bad thing, even if they're living in the safest and most desirable/livable place in the world. It's been driven into us that we're responsible for all of the world's social ills.

"White" identity is simply the lowest common denominator of a couple of centuries of American nativism and zenophobia, which used to have a more elaborate taxonomy of desirables/undesirables. Not very long ago, mere skin color wasn't seen to denote much. Irish, Italians, and Jews, for instance, were considered culturally/civilizationally suspect, as were some "Slavics". But the challenge of the Civil Rights movement and the rise of the counter culture and New Left changed all that.
Now, if you can make some claim to the heritage of "Western Civilization"-- i.e. excluding all of the "liberal" features, but including esp colonialism-- you get to be "white". Thus even an Hispanic person, provided they are socially conservative and Christian, can participate freely in "white identity" politics, as can first and second generation Italians, Irish, Jews, and Poles, all erstwhile threats to 100% Americanism.
"Whiteness" is an ideological concoction. Its terms have shifted radically over the decades (it literally didn't exist as a meaningful category in early colonial America-- where "dependence" vs. "independence" was the key distinction among ordinary people) and it has very little basis in human biology. Skin color is a guide to almost nothing deeper in anyone's DNA.
"White supremacists", as well as being evil celebrants of the worst episodes in human history-- slavery, colonialism, and genocide-- are the most willfully ignorant specimens you will ever encounter, whether the topic is history, anthropology, or biology.
The issue with the Venezuelan gang members isn’t whether Venezuelan gang members who have no right to be here should be deported. Of course they should.
The issue is due process. We are a nation built on that. We give it to murderers and rapists and don’t just let mob rule execute them the second we catch them.
We can take long enough to know who we are deporting and let them state a case for why they shouldn’t be. For most it should be a simple matter.
That’s a Republican value. That it is also a Democrat value doesn’t negate it.
Nice story, but BS. You say due process is a Republican value. Not any more. Respect for the rule of law? Hah! Explain to me how these are Republican values today.

Illegals don't need due process - they need to be out of the country, post-haste.
I would rather have Luis in the States than the January 6 insurrectionists. Oh, wait, they were just taking a peaceful tour of the Capitol Building, right? Riiiiight…

If they want due process, become a citizen.
Wrong. Due process, in this case, means that you must first ascertain whether the person is in the country illegally before treating them accordingly.
He is here legally because of Obama and DACA, if that is rescinded, he would be here illegally and subject to deportation. The premise and posed question of this post is simple; are you good with that?
Not a Trumper, don’t have a single flag or red hat, but I did vote for him.
This seems like unfortunate collateral damage in fixing a very large problem in the US. I’m not “good with it”.
Maybe I just don’t pay enough attention, but I haven’t heard a better solution to getting rid of the “bad” illegals without some collateral damage on the majority of “good” illegals.

How about the individual right to due process? You know, like in the Constitution.
When Trump promised on the campaign trail that he was only going after the "criminals*", how did you think he was going to tell them apart from the non-criminals?
*Note: It's not a criminal offense to cross the US border without authorization. It may not even be a civil offence is one turns out to have a valid asylum claim. Regardless, there is no substitute for due process in sorting this stuff out.

According to the former ICE director it is if you’re not doing it at an official port of entry
By the way, I don’t care about OWNING AOC and I think she means well, but thought this was informative.
