Sorry, but I’m not a liberal. Trump of course was a liberal until very recently - when he decided to run for president. Real conservatives have values, Trump does not. How much of the taxpayers money has he spent golfing at his own resorts enriching himself instead of working? BK is probably getting confirmed. The lying under oath is the only concern for me. Part of a judge's job is giving oaths, they shouldn't be taken lightly, even if you decide that what they lied about is inconsequential. I don't think it's a reasonable opinion to think he didn't play fast and loose with the truth. No one has provided any credible support for his definition for devil's triangle. No one from his past has chimed in and said they played that drinking game, which was significant enough to make an inside joke about it in a yearbook (maybe PJ or Judge did in their FBI investigations, and if so I'd withdraw this argument)

Why should anyone take an oath seriously if a supreme court justice did not?

(In addition, besides Ford's testimony (which I think could have been distorted over the years), the only evidence to me that suggests that BK might have done what she said is the July 1st calendar entry and the fact he seems to be covering up what an entry in his yearbook meant that would be similar to the accusation)

Unfortunately, we expect politicians to lie to us, but now we will expect the same from judges.
