Anybody with an IQ over 30 knows that issuing a ruling that the Trumpers don't like doesn't rise to "high crimes and misdemeanors", and it will be f*cking hilarious watching Trump die-hards try to make that case and fail miserably. Even the Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that Trump couldn't deport people under the Alien Enemies Act, which is what Mr. Gill (from Texas, of course) brought articles of impeachment against Judge Boasberg for. (Note to Mr. Gill, maybe stop people from dying of measles in your third-world sh*thole of state before worrying about impeaching judges for following the Constitution.)

    Again, I LOVE that this is the hill the Republicans will die on and I will gladly hand them their noose.

    And Democrats' hill to die on is flying out to El Salvador to have a MS13 wife beater returned.

    Yep, that's quite the change of heart. From throw Chauvin in prison for life for yelling "stop" and then taking down Floyd...to putting Byrd on a pedestal and giving him a raise for yelling "stop" before gunning down Ashli and putting her 6' under.

    If Chauvin would've just put a 44 hollow point into Floyds chest, he would be Chief of police in the Dems new World.

    No. The Democrat's hill to die on is the 5th amendment of The Constitution. Honestly I think this is great. If the Republicans demonstrate that we can just pick and choose which amendments we follow it will make it much easier to take away all your guns.

    First, no member of a hate group (as defined by the SPLC) should be able to own a gun. Then, nobody opposing the Democratic Party should be able to own a gun. A simple two step plan to disarm America (in the name of national security) and arrest those that disobey. Don't worry, you'll get a free COVID vaccine once you're in custody.

    For reference, my interpretation is based on what was written in Trump v. J. G. G.

    “It is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law” in the context of removal proceedings. Reno v. Flores, 507 U. S. 292, 306 (1993).

    So, how does anyone get the idea that 5th Amendment applies universally to all just because they happen to set foot within U.S. borders?
