Kavanuagh in his hearing said (paraphrasing) I liked beer, I still do. I did things when I was young that I look back on and cringe, but nothing like sexual assault. He says he sometimes got drunk and fell asleep, but never with memory loss (which is what blacking out is and contrary to popular belief, it is actually the minority of people who experience blackout when they get drunk).
1) Blackout means loss of consciousness, typically in a way that does not mean just sleeping. It has nothing to do with memory loss.
Blackout is loss of memory while having consciousness during the events, passing out is a loss of consciousness.
Some level of memory loss occurs in about half of college drinkers. In a survey, 40% (of the 75% of college students having consumed some alcohol in the last fortnight) reported one in the last year. So likely higher among heavy drinkers. Source:

Hope that makes you feel good, putting down a guy who is fighting cancer and was a good athlete in his day. You got to love this new generation of complainers and critics.
Been dishing and trolling lately. And can’t seem to stand an opposing opinion, so throws out insults to those who disagree. No free pass.

Kavanaugh = alcoholic, constantly drunk
Ford = one beer
Kavanaugh did not "blackout" and forget. He "blacked it out" of his memory because he is hiding from the truth of his alcoholism.

As far as I know most terrible insult I used was to say a couple of poster’s parents wore army boots. On the other hand one poster wanted my wife and daughter subjected to their version of the Devil’s Triangle. Of course the usual terrible insults of liar, Trumpster, and a few f-words here and there. I can be accused of many things, some deserved I am sure, but liar is not one of them.

Boy there are some angry folks. Makes sense though. I suppose that’s what it takes to be a SJW. Win for the cause at any cost. That is how you can become a Blumenthal.
Oh, by the way Edward Jones is a fine company, but not where I work.
...I have a naive question.
None needs the FBI investigation conclusion to tell that he did lie under oath. That's obvious.
It seems anecdotal to you, so I'm just wondering what kind of exposure would render the confirmation of BK unacceptable to you and your rep buddies?

Convincing evidence that he committed the assault.

And nobody has confirmed Ford's testimony. Leland Keyser- another Ford witness with nothing to corroborate. Fail. Time to throw in the towel, Dems. Focus on the midterms. Ruth Bader Ginsberg will be the next to retire or die & you will get another chance to hijack Trump's next nominee during his second term.

Could end up being his undoing...July 1 entry is exactly the kind of gathering Ford mentioned. It certainly doesn't exonerate him in any way, and he clearly wanted people to focus on the weekends which was bogus. He's a deflector, a liar, and a giver of cloudy information by design. I am not saying he is guilty of the things he has been accused of, but he was being evasive and untruthful in his testimony.
He's a rapist, a liar, a delusional manic, and should be removed immediately.

Jeez, that is simple, factual proof that he sexually assaulted someone.

With respect to you keeping a written calendar, make your own choices, but as anyone who has done document review knows, the less that's written down the better (except for proving compliance with regulations or record of work done leading to an invention).
Every part of his testimony and his actions shows exactly what a reprehensible person he is.
