I do not agree that he has achieved a tremendous amount. It has been an unorganized mess, especially coming from the candidate that was supposed to be the deal Messiah. However, it seems like you set your bar pretty low based on just getting a Supreme Court nominee being a success in your eyes. I guess from the other things I have seen you post on this website, this shouldn't surprise me.

He hasn't achieved anything. The one thing you're giving him credit for was actually done by Mitch McConnell -- first, by obstructing Obama and the Senate Dems for nearly a year, and second, for changing the rules to get the nominee through.
All Trump did was point to a name on a list.

I think oskatowmie is trying to say that he understands that any supreme court confirmation is very important. But it didn't take much skill on the part of the president to get it done.
Trump was given a list. He didn't come up with the candidates himself. You could have elected Kim Kardashian and the vacancy would have still been filled as long as she chose someone from the same list.
