The jury had been tasked with determining whether a reasonable person would understand the tweets to mean that Musk was calling Unsworth a pedophile. Musk’s attorneys argued that the tweet was not a statement of fact, but an insult, which is considered protected speech.
Given that Musk hired a PI to prove Unsworth's "nefarious behavior" afterwards, clearly he felt it was fact-worthy.

Unsworth had been subject to four investigations by Thai police due to Musk's allegations. Elon Musk's aides reportedly encouraged a private investigator that they hired - who later turned out to be convicted felon - to leak any dirt they found to the media.

The messages also show how private investigators posed as charity workers and journalists to try and elicit information on Unsworth. They also admitted to carrying out a "bin spin", which is slang for going through a person's trash in order to try and find dirt on them.

I have been doing some research on Tesla lately, and have found that the amount of Lithium Ion Tesla uses in their batteries is astounding. The resources used to make these batteries will eventually become depleted, becoming more and more expensive, driving the price of all battery operated goods upward.
However, Elon Musk is the biggest name behind the driving force to colonize Mars. I have been curious as to why he would want to colonize Mars, and I believe I have found a reason. Elon wants to be the first to colonize Mars, and monopolize the mining industry there, and finding a what to efficiently transport the resources.
Elon Musk is simply another greedy billionaire. A bully of humility.
I should have bought stonks back in 2017. I knew Musk would make me rich
