This is a very troubled woman. After reading some of her posts and seeing a few videos it's clear. I know that many of the female empowerment community really want to believe her. But she is a total fraud.

That's the only Bryson book I've read. I'm shocked he's popular and they made a movie of that book last year. But he's good at ridiculing people and painting everyone except himself as an idiot, so I guess some people like that.

Interesting, I feel the same way despite the book being a best seller and attracting movie rights.

I was in the hospital with my wife and this was the only book in the shop that wasn't either some self-help BS or a romance novel. I bought it and read it throughout the night. I hated it, hahahaha. I remember thinking the exact same thing (what a dick this guy is!!!).

I find real pathos in this woman's story -- is it just me? She will keep repeating the big lie despite others who come forward and provide evidence to the contrary because she apparently needs to believe that she actually set the record. Delusional & sad.
