It includes places to donate to the family of the young boy who was killed (his mother and a sibling were also badly injured) and to a mother and daughter who were both hurt, the mother with a double lower leg amputation.

What evidence?
Has anyone seen photo's from the 2nd bomb blast? I was just thinking after all the news reports I've watched the past 24 hours, everything was focused on the first attack near the finish line. Only thing on the 2nd one was the explosion in the distance. Not to stir anything up, just wondering.

I believe you can tell photos of the area closest to the finish line by the flags, and the area further to the west where the 2nd bomb detonated is where there are 2-3 restaurant patios. I haven't seen any video that's focused on the area of the 2nd bomb.
A little more info on the guy discussed before:

How ignorant, that's like saying all catholic's support the IRA. Interestingly they did gain a lot of support in America despite using terrorist tactics

I got to thinking-last fall-it seemed about 6 weeks before the NYC marathon, NYRR announced that there would be no more baggage check. The reason given was that it caused a mess at the finish line-which was quite true. However, given the late announcement of the contingency, does anyone else believe that they might have been warned about the possibility of a similar attack-and that's why they wanted to eliminate the bags at the finish line at the 11th hour. With the hurricane cancelling the NY race, the attackers moved north 6 months later.
