Resident ginger checking in here. after extended napping, fast guy is still dead. the apartment is mostly cleaned up, a tricentennial really takes its toll on the living conditions of everyone involved.

Hasn't anyone brought the validity of this accomplishment into question because of the light beer situation. Bud Light is about 4.2% alcohol while a regular beer is 5.0% meaning that over the long haul ~120 light beers would the equivalent of 100 regular beers. As this is both an alcohol consumption and running challenge it defeats the purpose when you don't consume the right amount of alcohol.

First off, well done on the execution. Fats, soldier on sir. Some questions for the Fats and Fast video discussion:

-About how many times did you throw up during a run? Please include vurps dangerous enough to make you break stride.

-About how many strange looks or comments from coeds during class regarding booze-reek?

-Did either of you regret your choice of malted beverage during the attempt?

-About how many calls did you let go to voice-mail because you were working on a beer and didn't want to lose focus?

-Lastly for Fats, how is the last 1.5days looking and what are your goals to salvage your personal dignity from here on out?

5% seems like a pretty arbitrary cutoff. Also, BL is the best selling beer in this country.

I would also like to add: Guiness is about 4.2 abv. Now if he had drank 100 guiness, would anyone have complained? no.

Well since you get Guinness cans that are >12 ounces it would be fine. But it's an alcohol challenge, if you're only drinking light beer you are cheapening out on the challenge. Are you allowed in a beer mile to drink light beer? A real challenge is pints but that's a whole different shebang.
