Total nonsense. Ever read the Bible? It’s filled with stories where communities were wiped out by others - children and women included- for simply not believing that the invisible man in the sky was real. Punishments and rewards doled out by God lasted for generations. A guy found collecting firewood on the sabbath was stoned to death. Jacob was blessed by fathering the twelve tribes of Israel - by sleeping with his two wives and both of their maidservants, all after cheating his brother Esau out of his birthright. I mean, the stories probably aren’t true, but what morality is taught by that? Just because you believe religions teach morality does not make it so.

And the worst city in the world is not in the US. There are cities where most of the roads are not paved and large sections are without indoor plumbing, or you need personal security whenever you leave your hotel.

Mormons and other high demand religions are totally immoral in some regards - their treatment of gays, polygamy, the idea that a woman’s place is raising children while the men get the careers, the shunning of people who don’t believe in sometimes ridiculous stories,….
