The public sure does not know.
Justice dies in secrecy
Hear Hear. This entire SafeSport thing with Salazar pisses me off more and more every hour. It is fundamentally un American, unfair, and if terms are thrown around like "Misconduct" without any public airing of details and an opportunity to hear from him, it is incredibly defamatory. I hated Alberto's coaching and cheating, but if I was an attorney in this area of expertise, I would be chomping to take him on as a client right now. SafeSport is like the FISA court, and its original purpose was to protect minors in amateur sport from predatory coaches and staff. This is total BS, for it now to morph into an unaccountable body that can destroy someone's career in secret.
