You are no longer typing how Ukraine is going to win this in a few days.
You are making Vietnam, Desert Storm points and you are spinning the coup.
For some reason you are pretending U.S. had nothing to do with coup attempt.
Putin certainly did not finance a coup against himself. Someone or some group financed the coup attempt. U.S. officials admitted having prior knowledge but not sharing prior knowledge of coup with NATO.
Democrats and Republicans are quasi private clubs. Neither Democrats or Republicans are required by law to debate internally.
Biden admin. threw a Hail Mary. A Republican governor is going to bring up Biden administration's failed war in Ukraine.
Are you a paid for c.i.a. officer?
Man, that is one confused post. All the demented elements rolled into one: strawman, tangents/deflections, failing to follow the discussion, conspiracies, blame-America-first, "mush on the brain" syndrome.
The whole point of Wagner was plausible deniability. Wagner goes in and does war crimes in Syria, DRC, Mali, Sudan, etc. and steals natural resources and Russia claims that it has nothing to do with it. If you marry Wagner and the Russian Government, now all of Wagner's "activities" are going to belong to Russia. In one fell swoop, the Russian government will go from having nothing to do with conflicts in Sudan, DRC, etc. to having troops on the ground. Now, when Wagner soldiers mow down a bunch of children in a village in DRC to convince people that they shouldn't help the rebels, it is now Russian forces that did it. And the government that work with Wagner can no longer claim that they are employing a private military company. They have Russian troops on the ground. That will just inflame the same resentment and revolutionary spirit against the government that caused them to have to bring in Wagner in the first place.
When you are fighting a bloody war against an enemy that is in the beginnings of a major counteroffensive, the last thing in the world you need it to have a mutiny from your most effective fighting force and have to probably purge your leadership of anyone who sided with Wagner. And on top of that, Prigozhin was right about Gerasimov and Shoigu. So, Putin is now forced to stick with the incompetent and corrupt generals because any move against them at this point would be an admission that Putin is right. That is some Stalin era level insanity right there.
The Kremlin has gone to great lengths to reassert President Vladimir Putin’s authority, with meetings and events designed to show the unity and solidarity of the state and the military under his leadership.

I can't read it because of paywall (and from your minimal, trite post, I'll bet you didn't read it either), but I HIGHLY doubt the excellent Wall Street Journal has concluded that being attacked and invaded by your own Nazi soldiers is a win for Putin.
And your comment -- "hurt the feelings of most commenters here" -- leads me to again I think you fundamentally misunderstand what the majority of normal Americans -- i.e., those who are not weirdo cult fans of Russia/Putin -- are saying. You probably won't ever understand it because you see the entire world in some binary R-D/L-R manner, but suffice to say that any opinion saying Putin won his battles with his own Nazis is not going to hurt anyone's feelings, because they are still too busy laughing at the whole humiliating spectacle.
Yes, you will be very happy if the day comes that Ukraine falls to the Russian invasion. That will be remembered as V-U day in your household. You will be even happier than that day in February 2022 when you though Kyiv was going to be occupied by Russian troops.
You should come up with a dream list of countries that you hope Russia successfully invades (Poland, Estonia, Romania?) and stare at it. That's some Nirvana right there, man.
Russia's most effective fighting force: disbanded.
Their heavy equipment: moving from the front line to National Guard troops protecting Moscow (in case anyone else starts getting ideas).
Russia's generals: arrested or under suspicion of supporting mutiny.
Oh man, Putin cucked us again!!! He has fiendishly eliminated effective units and cleverly withdrawn military equipment! With his strategic genius, his entire state military and intelligence apparatus hates each other and/or suspects each other of treason. How do we keep getting cucked like this????
The left opposed stopping the communist north from conquering South Vietnam.
Most Democrats opposed the First Gulf War which was literally to stop a big country from annexing a small country.
The left is incapable of learning. They don't think about anything they "feel" things.
Further, the anti-war left is not monolithic. A segment of the anti-war left is pacifist. They believe that war is inherently wrong and futile. They believe that non-violent resistance is far superior to taking up arms and point to Gandhi, Mandela and the US civil rights leaders as evidence that non-violent resistance is effective and superior to war. The true pacifists universally condemn violence, both as acts of aggression and in self defense. They do not go around saying "Russia is bad for invading, but they do have some good args and the US is more at fault than Russia . . . ."
Then, there is an anti-war left that is not pacifist. Noam Chomsky is probably the best example. Their priority is avoiding war by diplomacy, arms treaties, etc. But they are not against using force for self defense. Chomsky's view on the Ukraine conflict is that Russia committed a crime of aggression and Ukraine has a fundamental right of self defense. But Chomsky also takes the US to task for its diplomatic failures that lead to the invasion. Chomsky basically claims that if you poke a pit bull and it bites, you shouldn't have poked it. But the pit bull doesn't get to run loose around the play ground.
Finally, there is an anti-war left that horse shoes with the right in taking the position that Ukraine should not be allowed to defend itself with any aid from the West because the West is inherently imperialist and any military aid to Ukraine makes Ukraine imperialist by some sort of political transitive property. Thus, the war is just a proxy war. This segment of the anti-war left breaks from the prior anti-war left in its efforts to somehow justify Russia rolling over Ukraine, which is what would certainly happen if the West did not provide military and financial support to Ukraine. This is where it is hard to discern Russian propaganda from true anti-war leftists. The Gray Zone-ers (Mate, Blumenthal) and the RT/Ruptly vets (Ritter, MacGregor, Lee Camp) and others like Greenwald and Jimmy Dore.
This reminds me of the "famous" Trollinator (sp?) quote (perhaps paraphrased): "The Trumpers deserve nothing but scorn and derision."
Oh shoot, I forgot, adolt isn't a Trumper. Despite the fact that, along with dozens of other counter-indications, is currently hailing him as "anti-war" and implying that he has a single shred of geopolitical wisdom. Just flat-out embarrassing.

Do you have a list of countries the US invaded to stare at? If not, just let me know, I will gladly compile one for you, so you could reach your own Nirvana.
Russian General Sergei Surovikin has been arrested, The Moscow Times' Russian service reported Wednesday, citing two sources close to the Defense Ministry who spoke on the condition of anonymity.

In 2014 Ukraine, great power gamesmanship, righteous anger at a corrupt status quo, and opportunistic far-right extremists toppled the government in the Maidan Revolution. Today’s crisis in Ukraine can’t be understood without...
In its early phases, Ukraine’s counteroffensive is having less success and Russian forces are showing more competence than western assessments expected, two western officials and a senior US military official tell CNN.

This bombed meeting speaks to another advantage for Russia. They have people crawling all over Ukraine, speaking Ukrainian, getting information and sharing it with Russian command. Russia has obliterated countless large ammunition depots. Ukraine is not out of munitions from fighting. They are out because Ru intelligence is finding their storage sites and calling in air strikes. Like this meeting.
