RU is going to have to pull back troops from the front to defend the homeland, wagner is not fighting at the front, morale on the RU side is going to be even lower now, the chain of command is compromised....

'Still early days' but without control of the air, later days will look like early days. This is the cold reality Ukraine faces. The biggest problem for Ukraine is the way they get their donations. They are spread out over long periods of time. It's almost as if the West wants to prolong the war without really helping Ukraine to remove Russia. NATO cannot coordinate and members are scatter shot at getting training and equipment to Ukraine. It will never be enough unless NATO members truly coordinate so Ukraine can make a proper Big push with everything. For whatever reason (internal politics for NATO members) Ukraine won't stand a chance repeating the current approach.
