Kip is guilty of cheating and he could have been charged with larceny by the Missoula Montana Police in 2010 for cheating and then requesting his award be sent to him. I believe the prize was a wine basket of sorts. Luckily the Missoula RD just DQ'ed him and didn't report him to the Missoula police.

I have never spoken to Dan Baxley and fail to believe that he even exists as someone who has posted on this or any thread until ROJO provides proof that he has.
In addition, if it's proven that he has, I still wouldn't care unless he answered my very easy questions which prove MAJOR "circumstantial evidence" which lead to guilt.

Also, according to the New Yorker article, Kip had written to Wejo to complain about the attacks and included that because he had served on the dental ethics board he understands these kinds of things. Mark Singer's research revealed that Kip had in fact NEVER served on such a board.
We might as well continue to trash dr Litton since what we are saying is clear as night and day. Facts are facts, and a libel lawsuit is not possible. So trash away. And Litton why the F don't you stop trolling here and admit what you did?

The most fascinating part about this whole thing to me is that kip (or a great kip impersonator) has repeteatedly complained about his posts being deleted, but not one time has he ever complained about the existence of this thread or the original thread. What does that tell you? It tells me that on some level kip enjoys the attention.

1) previously addressed, but the race was not "made up". There was a web site to pre register, which a dozen or so did. There was a woman for on site reg and course maps. Just because no one else showed up doesn't mean Kip couldn't run. There is nothing illegal about being the only participant in a race. He should not have allowed his friend to add names to the results, but he copped to this right from the beginning. Despite being improper, this actually had absolutely no effect on anyone. If the names were not added, would all you conspiracy theorists still be critcising this race? This entire event affected nobody, and yet Kip was completely honest about it.
2) previously addressed but in all his races there was only one shoe change and it was because Kip was warming up in his trainers and didn't have time to retrieve them before the gun went off. He started the race and a couple minutes later when he got to his racers, he stopped & changed (maybe 25 secs?) during the race in front of other runners. No big deal.
3) previously addressed, but there was never any change of clothing or shorts. As the races progressed he simply removed his top layers. Most runners do this.
4) previously addressed but when his bib was on his shorts, his shirts would hang over and obscure the number. Happens to lots of runners.
5) previously addressed but it was part of the fund raising. Do you have ADD?
So see, no cheating, just things that could get twisted to look like other things. You don't have to like him, but at least you now know there was no cheating.

Where you there to see him change into racing flats after the race started and witnessed other runners seeing this????? No you weren't now were you???????

He removed top layers of clothing in a hot Solstice 10k race in Michigan???? Are you insane?????? He started at the back of the pack as seen in a photo, and somehow ran so fast that not ONE witness has come forward to claim that he went flying by at 5:30 pace if not faster, NOT ONE????
