If this is even real then you're gonna destroy this kid before his career even starts. Way too much anaerobic training, and the recovery runs are too fast to be recovery.
Ahaha! You don't know anything about proper, smart , effective training and paces perfect calibrated to the individual runner with such a claim. He NEVER go all out in training ( except in the few pure sprint workouts sometimes) . He follows the approach " Less is more " as I have ' preached ' about so,so many times before but very few here at LRC understands. Similar training to this is done by Donovan Brazier and Cooper Lutkenhous. They are not so bad, are they? ))😁😁😁
You're right! I forgot Donovan Brazier and Cooper Lutkenhous run 21km long runs at 3:48/km at 2200m altitude!
Also, you had him run a time trial, that's all-out as far as I'm concerned, so you're contradicting yourself when you say "He NEVER go all out in training".
There is also no such thing as calibrated paces, there are calibrated Heart Rate Zones, but that measures the effort you're under, not speed. There are too many factors that affect speed for it to be used as a "calibration", such as weather conditions, hill profile, altitude, etc.

The last TT he ran, a 1:06 500m, was not all out . He ran alone and had little more left in the tank. After that TT he did one of my favourit repetitions and 2 sets of ( 500m,300m, 200m) and the second 500m still not all out with pacers this time and faster at 1:05....
When it comes to ' calibration' speeds I do the calibration with variables as speeds done in training before at shorter and longer distances but as you say the calibration of course needs to take into consideration things like weather, hills if road or cross country, altitude etc. 🇸🇪🤠🇸🇪

Whats the point of a TT if it isnt all out?
The point to me to see how fast the runner can go controlled with little left in the tank to save it for whats count, the race! 🤠
Today the 800m race , whitch actually was two 800m races only separated with two hours between . Semi final and final.
In the semi final Delvis ran 1:52 , a new pb , and qualified to the final two hours later where he ran a new pb again 1:49:92 !! This running 800 in 1:52 two hours before of course makes the time even better. Coach and runner are happy! Now we will train on and maybe start next track season in January 2026. 🇰🇪🤠🇸🇪
