This guy hasn’t been racing much this year due to injury, but when he has, he hasn’t been where he used to be. Hopefully he can bounce back next year for his senior year. This team has lots of freshmen and sophomores coming up and looking to make this team deep again.

I mean this thread is labeled as high school so posting a high school meet shouldn't be a problem? dual meets are still a high school meet and just because JV runs in them there's a problem?

And the Tesoro vs El Toro meet includes varsity results too

Ligons and Ricks go under 1:50 at Arcadia and maybe even State. 400M winner will maybe be Chase Hansen? 47.3 as a junior this year and ran 47.6 as a sophomore last year.

Jordan Coleman or Jordan Washington will be 100M champ

200M champ, probably Washington.

Ligons will definitely break 1:50 at Arcadia, especially because he's running only 400 meters. Ricks will have his hands full with Patrick Hilby in 800 at Arcadia. Dude is a monster.

ricks and ligons are both running 400 at arcadia. well, ricks is entered in 400 and 800 but i expect him to only do 400.

state champ this year will be ricks, even with the injuries he’s had. he’s not gonna get the 800m record unfortunately.

jordan washington is either injured or graduated early. wouldn’t be shocked to see coleman win the state championship though.

As far as I know Ricks and Ligons are both doing the 400/800 double in the INVITATIONAL session, too. A bit risky imo, but I think the results will be interesting.

Also yeah, I was hoping he'd get the 800M record but I don't think he can anymore sadly.

I honestly really feel like he wasted his season last year focusing on the 400, his ceiling for the 800 was so high it was absurd. I say he goes 1:47 maybe.

Ligons also hasn't been racing that well but I hope Arcadia makes a difference

1:49, 1:55, 1:56, 1:57 and no seniors in the group. Arcadia 4x8 will be fun.

And only 1 junior. They have another sophomore at 2:01
