I don't like it. They should have retained the looks and character of the pegasus. All of their shoes are becoming homogeneous.

Time to empty my wallet on the 34s
Confirmed where? Link?
Here is a shoe with that construction without react, so that shape doesn’t mean anything.

I worry this redesign will remove a large part of what make the Pegasus such a good shoe to train in. I run mostly on dirt roads. It's not uncommon to connect through trails. Everything from easy groomed carriage trails to steep single track. The Pegasus can handle all of that. I only need dedicated trail shoes on the steepest, most remote trails. Anything short of that I just wear the Pegasus. It sure doesn't look like the 37 could handle anything but the flattest carriage trail.
I'm so sad they're making the pegs and vomero the same shoe. The vomero 13 was the peak mileage shoe imo and now both of them hurt my feet.

Unfortunately no. My most recent one was pretty badass but not the react. But i don't feel super comfortable talking about that one yet until some info comes out! I like doing the testing and want to stay on that list, ha.
I can confirm it was full length react. No truss or plate system. The rubber in the front is thickish, tho, so that stayed stiff as the rest of the shoe broke down. Led to a little different wear than most are probably used to - forefoot stayed stiffer, rest of shoe got more flexible. I like that wear pattern and think it's long overdue in speedier feeling shoes, others that relied more on heel strike in pegs may disagree.
Something about the 37 looks really cheap to me. Like there's some aesthetics they used on the Rival Fly and Gravity already.
I saw that shoe back in the fall when the Nike design team came and showed us shoes they were working on. They also had the Pegasus 38 for a June 2021 release. The upper will not be like the 37. In fact, the upper reminds me of some models from the 90's. Oh and just a heads up... the Structure will no longer have a medial post yet is still considered a stability shoe. Kind of like what Brooks is doing.
I plan on stocking up on a few pairs of the 36's. I like the Pegasus to just wear around everyday as opposed to running in them. I don't think the upper on the 37 will be durable enough for that.
I have not used Pegasus for daily runs since the 34 and even those sucked. You're nuts if you thought the 35+ Pegasus were good shoes for daily running.
The last good Pegasus for daily runs was the 30. Period. No stability hidden in the shoe, no stupid heel, etc.
New Vomero will have have many of the same mid sole, foam qualities of the Peg Turbo. Releasing around Olympic Games is what I've heard from within Nike and confirmed by several run specialty stores in my area.
Agreed, Pegasus 35/36 have been great as casual sneakers or just walking around. Don't like the look of the 37 for that so I'll grab some 36 on sale and wait for the 38...

The react is great in the epic react but it is extremely non durable. Lasted 200 miles vs 300-400 out of the pegasus 35/36. Not happy about this, will stock up on old pegs.

Look at this idiot thinking his personal opinion is some kind of fact or hard rule that applies to everyone.
The Peg 37 shown is not going forward. It has been pulled back and replaced with more "traditional" Pegasus. More ground contact and a 10 mil. offset.

I actually thought the opposite - felt more ready for speedwork than the 36. It is very light (much softer durometer than the react foam in their other shoes), but I feel like the shape of the midsole and how you strike (which was super next based) was a big part of how snappy it felt at speed.
Have you tested the React Miler?
great . Im ready to buy
The Pegasus is the ultimate hobby jogger shoe.
Gonna grab some $30 Adizero Bostons while I’m there

My guess would be the model replacing the Streak which looks like the Next% but is much lower.
