I had something very similar happen a few years ago in my 2004 Honda Accord. When I went to turn the key in the ignition a buzzing noise would sound, but all the lights would come on. I'd turn it off and back on again and it would usually start the 2nd or 3rd try. Got all those parts listed above checked out and they were all good.
My fix was replacing the ignition switch.
You were right. My car finally quit starting about a month ago and I got it towed to a mechanic and that's what they said the issue was. Not an expensive fix, thanks a lot

Its just the battery dick waud.
I thought of that too. And I can't recall seeing any post where the OP mentioned whether the car will start if you jump it. If he hasn't tried that he should. If a jump gets it to start it's likely the battery.
By "that" I meant the neutral safety switch. I thought I'd quoted the post.
