Runner Still Missing After Disappeaering during Malaysian Race

If he were killed by an animal, like a snake, there would likely be some evidence or a half eaten body. It seems more like foul play or that he doesn't want to be found.

No Elk in Malaysia. The on bear in Malaysia is the Sun Bear. There aren't too many of them and they are a protected species. It's much smaller than north American bears. If there was a fatal encounter there would be some human remains.

In the case of the American, Jim Thompson, there have been no remains found or sightings of him since his disappearance 52 years ago.

That's a long time to keep a race course open. I think he is a DNF by now.

Everytime I was watching any Ultra video, all these "runners" were 90% of the time casualy walking, taking breaks, getting massages, stoping in stations and sometimes even taking a naps in the middle of the race!!!

Are they sure, that this "runner" isn't still somewhere on the course finishing his "run"?
