I tend to agree. Having said that, the way the sole on these curves make them *feel* like a much higher drop shoe. No idea whether that will pan out in the long run (pi) - and I don’t intend to find out personally - but that shouldn’t necessarily be a deal breaker for some people with this particular shoe.

I don’t doubt that at all, sh!thead. My sub-elite athete days were in another sport; one where being 6’4” 275 was a blessing. Now, having cut down to 205, running is something I do to fill that competitive void. I am fast for a big guy, but I never said I was fast.

Winning local 5ks and trying to BQ one day keep me motivated...

How would you say it would be as a workout shoe? I've been looking a new racing flat to do longer tempos in and don't run in nike's anymore.

I think a fast workout shoe is the best possible niche for this shoe.

I would hesitate to call it a racing flat, though. The plate makes it firm like a flat, and the low drop feels like a flat, but it definitely has more stack and weight.

meh, you may be right. One was possibly warranted, one was completely out of the blue. But whatevs.

Neither was warranted at all, yet both were completely in character. "WTF" was simply tonal, not directed to a target. The "sh!thead" was directed at the person making an entirely valid, if pointed response. But whatevs, right pal? Shut up, stop your crying.
