Not sure of their high school results, But:
Josh Rohatinsky - NCAA D1 XC champ
Tara Rohatinsky - NCAA D1 track 10k champ
I'm assuming they both won high school state xc titles

Not sure you have to pay FloSports to be able to see the MileSplit data, but, if you can, then there's good info. Presumably thorough info, but I can't vouch for its accuracy or completeness.

Brenna and Tristan Peloquin from Washington state were supposed to in 2014
Grace Ping was a MN class A state champ in 2015 and this year. Lauren Ping will likely be a class A state champ after Grace Ping/Tierney Wolfgram graduate.

What about the Garritsons out of California?
Ziegle sisters all won state titles probably over a dozen between all 3 of them.
The twins also both won nationals one year (mile/2 mile) as well
Roberts family in Colorado.
Andrew
Melissa
Miriam
Paul
All won multiple state championships
Not state champions, but every NXN Championship from 2008 through 2017 had a 'Ryan' from Fayetteville-Manlius in it (Nick, Peter & Sophie).
That always struck me as a pretty cool stat.
Just off the top of my head, in Illinois:
1984 and 1985- Troy Maddux
1987 - Scott Maddux
I don't think there have been any brother/sister combos that have won XC but I think there are a few that have finished high.
The Centrowitz Family, Matthew’s older sister Lauren won back to back MD state championship also. The family dominated the Maryland distance running scene

Remember the Kaltenbach sisters who went to Smokey Hill High School in Colorado? Think both sisters both won a few titles a piece in the early 2000's and Footlocker too if I'm not mistaken. Whatever happened to those two?
Megan was hot as hell. It looks like she's a model?
https://www.donnabaldwin.com/Models/Female/98/Megan-KaltenbachTom and Dan Franek won in Ohio in back-to-back years (1981 and 1982).
Darren Fahy won and his little sister just won state this morning.

I'm not exactly sure if they've had two individual state champions specifically for cross country, but Fayetteville-Manlius' cross country success has been largely on the backs of a few families...the Ryans, Otis's, Geehrers, Walters, and Madsens (there may be one or two more) have all had multiple children on the FM teams that scored at States and NXN for them. The Ryans may have the most impressive history (Nick Ryan, former Bowdoin Park course record holder, Peter Ryan, FM's top finisher on their 2014 NXN Champion squad, Olivia Ryan, their top finisher also on their 2014 NXN Champion squad, and Sophie Ryan, who had several top finishes at NXN, States, Regionals, and Manhattan Eastern States).
I assumed this question was about a brother and sister pair, not 2 brothers or 2 sisters.
But another example of 2 brothers is Ryan and Chad Hall. Both CIF champs, although CA has multiple divisions.
