Ed Krassenstein, a Democratic activist best known for trolling President Trump on Twitter, claimed that Burkman had told him Jacob Wohl - a controversial Trump-supporting Twitter personality - was behind Surefire Intelligence, the mysterious outfit that supposedly produced the accuser.
"To me, this was all a setup from somebody trying to discredit the media," Krassenstein told NBC News.
“I don't have any involvement in any investigations of any kind. I'm not quite that cool,” Wohl told NBC when reached by direct message on Twitter. NBC reported that Surefire’s official phone number redirects to voicemail at a number public records show belongs to Wohl’s mother, however.

This "urgent tip" sounds even more ridiculous than the other claims. Sending this out en masse to a bunch of 'friendly' reporters? Get real. Clearly FBI Deep State spies saw the evidence of rapist Mueller appearing on the horizon (NSA sees everything), and so spun out this phoney fake to conflate it, as their Psy-Ops 101 class teaches.

Won't be surprising if these women accusing Mueller are suddenly "clammed up" when they see how much the self-protection racket is running at the FBI. Accountable to no one and beyond, only a whole sale cleansing can renew our faith and confidence in USA federal law enforcement, particularly after the last decade.
Hard to believe the Atlantic would publish this (after their kooky anti-Kavanaugh exposure), but: Atlantic reporter Natasha Bertrand adds that the (1974) woman in question would not speak to anyone on the phone so they haven’t really confirmed her story.
Another reporter, Scott Stedman, who was approached by the same woman described his experience on Twitter. Stedman seems very suspicious that this story may not be on the level.
2 weeks ago, I, along with other journalists were set an email from a woman who alleged that she was a former colleague of Mueller. She said that Jack Burkman, via an intermediary, offered her tens of thousands to make up sexual assault claims against Mueller.
The intermediary, in messages to me (see attached) confirmed the story. I don't know the true identity of this person OR the person who sent the original email.
I don't know what to make of what has transpired. I didn't find the woman reliable. I found that the intermediary was oddly eager to share details. I discussed this with other journalists, mainly @NatashaBertrand, but I concluded that this was an effort to discredit the media.
I want to make this entirely clear: There is ZERO evidence that a woman actually exists in this story.
Of course, these "crack reporters" COMPLETELY IGNORED the 2010 rape incident, in their efforts.

Reporters at The Hill get contacted by a woman who says she was offered money in exchange for accusing Mueller of being a sexual assaulter. She gave them a phone number that had been given to her by her mystery contact. When they contacted it, they received a threat in response to "drop this." They also get a call from a guy who claims he is with a company called "Surefire Intelligence" who also threatened them and admitted to dealing with this same woman. This was all reported to the special counsel.

During today’s press conference Wohl and Burkman released the name of the woman who claimed she was raped by Robert Mueller in a New York hotel room in 2010. We want to interview the accuser before we post more on the allegations. She is a public figure (fashion designer) but did not show up at the press conference today, due to credible threats against her person. On Thursday, in abundance of due caution, The Gateway Pundit temporarily suspended our publishing arrangement with Wohl, as we need to collect more information on this explosive situation, before proceeding further.

Wohl, a Gateway Pundit contributor, explained that he first encountered the woman accusing Mueller of sexual assault when she hired his intelligence firm, Sure Fire Intelligence, to investigate assets that were misappropriated by her accountant.
"The story begins when a client of my firm, Sure Fire Intelligence, who had hired us to handle an estate matter earlier tracked down some assets that were misappropriated by her accountant, brought me a story that frankly I didn't believe," he said. "There was no quid quo pro here. She was not offered any money. There was no exchange of any kind that happened between myself, that happened between Mr. Burkman here, and this accuser. The only person that claims any such thing, any kind of quid quo pro, any kind of payment, any kind of bribery or impropriety ... is a women who the media has brought forth ("Lorraine Parsons") and breathlessly reported on who appears to not even exist.
"The media is reporting on [Parsons] to distract from and discredit the real allegation. Who is this women? Who created her? Probably Mueller, probably the mainstream media (MSM), I don't know. That will probably come out at some as well," he continued. "[The accuser] gave us her story. She went point by point. She gave us time, she gave us dates. We carefully vetted that story. We wrote it into an affidavit, which she has signed. She also has a corroborating witness."
"The accuser is not a person off the streets. This is a person of unimpeachable character. This is a person with an illustrious background as a fashion designer - well educated, well networked, well liked. This is not a person that somebody dragged up from some politically charged area. In fact, she is not politically charged at all - never registered to vote! Never voted, in fact. So, this is not a political operation, this has very little to do with politics," he said. "This is about getting the truth out about a person who is wielding a tremendous amount of power and we've seen what he's done with it."
Meanwhile, if the media or law enforcement can find Parsons, Burkman and Wohl pledged to testify under oath to prove they've never interacted with her.
Another MSM imaginer is Vermont Law School professor Jennifer Taub [again from politically charged academic world like Palo Alto's media darling], who claims she received an email on Oct. 22 floating an offer to discuss past encounters with Mueller, with the promise of money. Of course, neither Burkman nor Wohl have ever actually corresponded with Taub!
"I want to debunk this whole sad and tragic back story so we can get the focus back on our gal, our accuser and the main story. Loraine Parsons, whom we allegedly paid (we didn't pay her), the problem is Loraine Parsons doesn't exist (!). She's a phantom that somebody conjured," Burkman said. "There's a woman named Jennifer Taub, who does exist, but she received some email referencing in a vague way payment from a person who doesn't exist. That email also had nothing to do with us.
"Anybody with an IQ above 80 can very quickly see that there is no truth whatsoever to this back story and these allegations. We can only surmise as to who did this. My strong suspicion is that it was done to slow us down. Every reporter in the country, from the smallest blog all the way up to NBC news, knows very well that you don't run a story about (so-called) Loraine Parsons before you even talk to Loraine Parsons. I think its ridiculous, the last few days have been ridiculous more than anything else. When we present the allegations, we will regain the initiative and that's the key."
The woman accusing Mueller of rape was slated to detail her encounter with the special counsel at a press conference Burkman and Wohl are hosting in Arlington, Virginia Thursday at noon.

"I have had Oliver Darcy from CNN calling up my eleven year old sister while she is sitting in her sixth grade classroom, over and over again. I have had Rachel Maddow implicating my mother in this, simply because my cell phone happens to be on a family plan (something which is perfectly normal), it has been reported to law enforcement.
"This is all an effort as we know to protect Robert Mueller, who many people know to be a character who is not on the up and up. These allegations will come forward. The accusers will tell their stories in a credible way, with corroboration. Now, believe me, we've received plenty of b.s. accusations, where we get somebody that comes in, they've got some story to tell about Mueller, we look into it, its like: hey, he wasn't even there, sorry. You don't have a witness: we can't help you. We are bringing forth accusations against Robert Mueller which are 100 percent credible."

She was 25 years of age at the time of the assault and didn't know who Mueller was. She is a well-educated, family-oriented fashion designer. Cass was a student at NYU, Art Institute of Dallas, and Parsons.
Miss Cass doesn't watch the news and didn't know what was going on and who Mueller was until recently. She does appear to be a real person but that's all we will commit to, other than we always believe the woman.

Curiously, the FBI.gov "press release" page is suddenly turning up EMPTY searches from 2010 press releases, like those that described Mueller's visit to NYC at the time when he raped Miss Cass.
Fortunately, the press conference had hard copies, so that the Internet memory hole deletion trick (as seen in so many other coverups, like Comey, McCabe, HRC) won't work here.
It's still not clear whether the Aug 2 date is accurate and he travelled up to NYC after his "jury duty" (clearly a photo-op virtue-signalling issue, as he was immediately excused, obviously, for being in law enforcement).
