I still think Mo runs like he’s on the track, with those long, loping strides, not with the compact efficiency he should be focusing on. Rupp’s running technique is 2x better for the marathon.
I hope Rupp beats Farrah. Who will win the race overall is anyone’s guess. But I think Rupp is ready to go. He sounds confident.
