Fine video. He seems to like the atmosphere in East Africa that he, unlike his brother, did not experience for very long, and he's surrounded himself with fellow Somali born athletes. Having his brother serving as coach helps to keep things in the family, for good and for bad.
Training at 10000 feet on dirt roads is, of course, going to be difficult to find outside of East Africa. Looks like a good place to run, although certainly not the most beautiful looking place.

Thought that was strange also. It looks like all of them started with sweat but he was down to just shorts and arm warmers, just looks weird. He also wore arm warmers in London and it was very warm.
Maybe they're for aerodynamics more than warming, one of those sub-2 Nike things.

Since when have they been doing blood testing in Ethiopia? Where is that blood being tested, are they flying back to Europe to be tested? I was still under the impression there was no testing facilities anywhere in Africa.

Yes, that was funny. They were randomly filming Mo sleeping at 7:24AM and then a tester knocks...
Mo sleeping makes for such great footage, so obviously they were filming that and then got surprised by the tester. LOL
...and Mo figured it out instantly, while awaking... he is a mind reader
I guess Mo is tone deaf and that's why they knock instead of ringing the bell.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if he took some native U.K. athletes under his wing as well...pity.
