Since they're both marathon training, I can easily go with Kipchoge, especially since Boston is 1 month out and London is 1 month + 6 days out. Plus, the chances of a neutral site with no forewarning being Rupp-certified is incredibly low.

But, if this just happens spontaneously after a 10 mile warmup, with no aid, no splits, on dirt roads with hills, no support or spectators or prizes and they just race over another final mile on dirt roads with hills dodging cows and pedestrians and vehicles in the same shoes they wore for the previous 10 miles, - its Kipchoge easily

Rupp would definitely win today, NOP puts a heavy emphasis on practicing speed and lifting year round no matter what you're training for
Rupp continually touches the track and does sub 60's, Kipchoge stays on the dirt
Remeber Rupp ran 7:48 in the 3k 3 weeks after the olympic marathon trials and shut down with 600 to go once he realized he wasn't making the team
Plus since we're talking about TODAY, Kipchoge is preparing for London which is likely to be a 2:03 race so he's focusing more on long steady states, tempos, and fast long runs. Rupp is preparing for a 2:06-2:10 sit and kick race in Boston so he's likely doing slightly more speed than speed in training than Kipchoge anyway.

You Rupp people are out of your mind or haven't paid attention to his career. He'd drop out due to a sore foot or asthma or some bull and run an impressive workout afterwards. Big Al wouldn't let him complete a fast mile a month out of Boston. He'd look worse than Farah in a 100m in the rain (who at least finished).
