Move on. If forgetting your birthday was the first mistake she ever made, then maybe you're overreacting. Or maybe she is a selfish girl, or using you as a placeholder. Frankly it doesn't matter, because either you aren't ready for this to be a real relationship or she isn't ready.

I like this a lot thread for two very specific reasons:

1. "Shame-Rock" Shake - You should go around telling people at work that you are going out to lunch to get a "Shame-Rock" Shake and when they try to correct it as "Shamrock" you should get all frustrated with them and tell them that's not what it's called and that it's indeed "Shame-Rock" despite the fact that it's very close St. Patrick's Day and just happens to be a coincidence.

2. sizzling mexican dinner - I've never heard of this before but it's a good way to describe things. Like "my sizzling accountant who my wife and I plan on meeting after work to solve a few financial issues for us", or "my sizzling aunt Brenda, who is organizing a brunch for us".

Dump her. Any girl who doesn't make your favorite waffle for you on your birthday isn't worth your time.

I mean, give her the silent treatment all day and sadly, she won't figure it out. I broke up with a girl like that. She didn't forget my bday but she was incredibly selfish. I was deathly ill in the hospital and she got pissed at me for not picking her up that night and demanded I apologize with lots of flowers. I was like, you're not worth my time.

I once went out with a girl for two years, and then, suddenly, realised that she wasn't a nice person.

Another time, I went out with a girl and after we split up she said that she was amazed that I had stuck with her for so long when she was so obnoxious to me.

There are none so blind that will not see.

It's a good idea to step back from any relationship and try to get a objective view of what's really going on.

Yes, fun with words! Have you ever gotten a Mexican fajita dinner that they bring out on a sizzling skillet? That's what I'm referring to. Also Shame-rock Shake was meant as a shameful shamrock shake for me indeed. The girl realized late last night that she had forgotten my birthday. I can't talk to her right now. Just can't.

Bruh if she realized it she realized it she has a window of 24 hours to wish you a happy birthday. I was gonna ask if she never came through but apperently she did.
