You have to be Old Scool deluxe to remember Archie San Romani and Archie San Romani Jr. Oregon. I'm not sure if Pops broke 4:00. Close. Son did.

You're thinking of Gordie Howe.
Although I don't believe any of the 3 of them ran sub-4.
What about Louie Quintana Sr. and Jr? Sr. was pretty good back when he was running.
I don't believe Louie Quintana Jr. ever ran sub-4:00, although he came very close (4:00.xx). He probably ran the equivalent of sub-4:00 on relays and/or in a 1500m.
Jim Grelle Sr. & Jr. must have been pretty close. Grelle made the Olympic Team in 1960 and ran 3:55 in 1965. Junior ran at Georgetown and ran 3:42 I think for 1500 while there. Guess they would qualify.
Kip and Martin Keino are the only ones I can think of. Maybe the younger son, Kippy can make it the only father and 2 sons.
