I wouldn't and didn't use a word as strong as guarantee. And there are some crazy barefoot clowns around and loads have terrible form. Maybe there's no evidence to it but I think it helps me. I like it, enough people that seem to know stuff and are successful incorporate barefoot running into training for me to not feel like a crazy hippy for doing a sprinkling of it. There's a big difference between adding a couple of miles here and there in your training program on a completely safe bit of ground and the barefoot hippies that run outside on the pavement for miles and miles and run slow as in their races (if they even get to the start line without messing up their feet).
