Yep I can also confirm that this is true. Has been in the works for a while now. Also ches is going to run the roads, wont be doing much more on the track.

I have a friend that runs for Skechers and he let me give the spike a test run one day at the track. They are indeed like the Matumbo plate. Really they remind me of the Nike Ventulus 2 more than the Matumbo. It's kinda chunky by today's standards. Definitely gets the job done. I've heard people be critical of them, but as I've reminded people that complain about spikes... people have run a lot faster in worse.

One of the biggest names in NCAA T&F history signs with a shoe deal - assume it would be for a large payday and the way the T&F world finds out about it is by post on a message board. This means at least 1 of the following:

1- This is total BS

2- Sketchers has the worst PR department not making a major announcement and a big press release

3- His agent is a total amateur not putting out a major announcement and a big press release

4 - 2 & 3

Jonathan Marcus up in Portland coaches several Skechers athletes. I believe all of the Skechers athletes he coaches are represented by Josh Cox, but I could be wrong.Who is Cheserek's agent?
