There are some bodybuilder/powerlifting types that run some decent times for much shorter distances (i.e., 5k or less). But their times for the longer distances aren't very fast and seldom go under 3 hrs in the marathon.

I know 4 guys that have gone under 2:30 and weigh around 160. All about 5'9 - 6'0.
