This is a completely trivial assist, although yes it is against the rules.

The important rule-breaking here was, obviously, that there was pacing by athletes who hadn't started the race, and/or had been "lapped."

I think this is actually a really stupid rule for a time trial, but that is the way it is.

Any benefit of drafting during the #breaking2 race was purely psychological, and NOT due to physics.

This is the stupidest answer I have seen for a while. I'm pretty confident that a human sitting inside a internal combustion car cannot feel the aerodynamic benefit of drafting behind a lorry. Unless you are taking about Fred Flinstone or Barney Rubble who powered the car themselves.

The data is already coming out showing that the impact of the TESLA is most probably in excess of 90 seconds.

It was all about the TESLA. You are magic trick believeing fools if you think otherwise.
