A pair of warm, lined leather gloves (a PAIR!) that fit me perfectly. I still wear them about 20 years later.

Friend found a duck decoy mid triathlon.
Picked up a couple dogs as running partners on runs. I'm sure they found their way home afterwards.

Yes that's right... 3 or 4 though, less than 5. I put them in my wallet after the run with my other coins and spent them shortly there after.
Once I found a woman's class ring that had been run over a million times and smashed beyond repair. I ran by one of those cheesy "We Buy Gold" stores and went in all sweaty and asked what it was worth. The guy weighed it and said ten dollars. Sold! For all I know he might have screwed me over on the price, but I didn't care.
