Ha! You're a hater loser in your mom's basement while my business is raking in cash based on my brand built by those numbers. You're just a jealous nobody. Google me and you'll see that many respected authorities in the fitness and training field believe and endorse me.
Assuming you are actually Alex Viada (which I doubt), how long before your lifting PRs did your mile PR come? Which race?

Bench 475 was six days (squatted 705 the day before) after finishing a 50 mile ultra, the last 20 miles with a broken ankle:

Absolutely no proof that you ran a 4:15 mile. That's the most laughable thing you have said.

300 lb bench and 4:16 mile, but 4 years apart. I ran until age 20, started lifting, hence the 190 lbs and a 300 lb bench.
"Come with me if you want to lift."
conclusion here is that overall the more body weight a person has the more they can bench press and the slower they can run over longer distances.

He's definitely shooting at least a gram of testosterone a week. His claim of a 4:15 mile is absolute bull and his 16 min 5k is likely a lie too. Another fitness scammer. Move along
