I don't know what race at the armory you all are referring to, but it's not the collegiate invite. Just check out the entries:

No Webb (or any Nike guys for that matter).
I'll second the 4:02.57, just because it is my exact 1500m PR. That's depressing that we're being all down on Webb and he would still beat my best race by 109m.
3:58.2 just behind x-team mate Nathan. HAHAHAHA
3:59.8....a lil faster than in high school here...
beer miler....He'll be there, of course they're not going to advertise it online.
running girl, what do you mean of course they aren't going to advertise it online? He's a professional now, don't big meets like to promote themselves by using professionals as a way to draw a crowd? Also, just as an example, the Gator Invite "advertised" Webb was running.
He has to run faster than 3:57 to be ahead of the peers that he left by going pro. Looks to me, based on the Meyo Mile, Webb would have had his hands full this year in the NCAA.

Mr. Math figures he's about 3.5 secs off his best 800, so he'll be about 7 secs off his best mile for 4:00-4:01. Mr. Math goes with 4:00.5. Mr. Math wishes the well-paid nitwit good luck this season and hopes that he will pull it together outdoors.
Mike, if you read Alans contract with Nike, you would know that one of Webb's terms was to not be exploited for an X amount of years. Everyone knows this.
Interesting how not a single person predicts Webb will run faster than Brannen and Willis did this past weekend (albeit an oversized track)...just an interesting observation...
There is NO way that Webb will run this weekend. He has barely stopped crying since trailing backsides for 1.52 last Sunday in that "elite" 800 field.
He and Coach Krispy Kreme will need weeks, if not months, to lick their wounds and convince the Nike brass that the "Gags Plan" ain't working, for Webb or Stember.
Well I'll be damned. I looked up the entries and he wasn't in there. Neither was any non-collegiate runner. 4 hours later, he's listed. Ok, let the predictions go on...
4:02.7
He won't as fast as the collegiate section...those boys from Nova will wax him. 4:04.67...if he shows.
I wish him luck. He is a great athlete, better than any of you nitwits will ever be. Champions never have two bad performances in a row, he will be under 4 unless a slow race does not allow for it.
3:57.72
Just a hunch.
4:06
gets out in 201ish and feels bags it
4:06.2
do you get poster of the day if you get closest?
Hey, this guy is just on the verge of either setting the tone for his season with a nice performance or another shotty run like last weekend. I'm afraid the latter might be imminent. Incidentally, when does the book about that Michigan squad come out?
3:49... He'll be wearing Team Mayeroff gear and giving everyone the finger as he crosses the line.
