9:30 as a sophomore will not get you anything, the only times that matter are the times you run as a junior and a senior so that then college coaches will look at you. If you run a 9:30 this year, and then come back and run 9:45 your junior year, no college (haveway decent) is going to even give you a call back. And by the way, you are a loser kid, why don't you try getting laid or something, believe me it is a lot better then running
AMEN TO WHAT THAT GUY SAID...GET A LIFE KID
I never wrote on one of these forums... but when I see experienced runners trying to protect a 15 year old and trying to help him stay healthy and strong...and they are called "Stupid"! Runnerhigh3333 it may be good that you are fearless and a little wild...you are going to need that attitude ..believe me...However, this is an age old question..do we go 120 mile weeks..are Kenyans bull craping us Quality vs quantity, speed intensity etc etc. These men who are responding to you would like nothing more than you to become the greatest runner of all time....but they want you healthy and strong and never to suffer so much as a blister...they are trying to take care of you. My suggestion: Go to the men who have done what you are talking about...straight to them! This April 22, in Salt Lake City, UT. East high track, Gerry Lindgren Invite..8 or 10 highschoolers chasing 2 mile record..in attendance, Gerry Lindgren and 2 mile national outdoor record holder Jeff Nelson 8:36 and change. You come here and you try to get a sit down with them..You go to all the greats then decide. STAY HEALTHY and bring it to the track.

I am a 15 year old sophomore (skipped a grade in elementary, don't turn 16 until next January). I was wondering where a 9:30's 3200 would most likely rank at the end of the year for kids my age. I guess I want to know where a 9:3- would rank among 15 year olds nation wide.
I think it's very unlikely Paula Radcliffe is doping when she is one of the few athletes having her samples frozen, so they can be tested for drugs years down the line when testing has improved. If someone is dirty, they WILL be caught that way. Anyway, her stance on training at a young age doesn't actually relate to this.
